When a dog is adopted from a shelter, you would THINK they were getting their "happily ever after." To be chained up by one person and then thrown over a wall by another is unconscionable. Thank you for arranging his round-the-world travel itinerary so Blue can live the life he deserves with you!

Adopters need to realize that a shelter dog can take 6-12 months to feel completely settled and part of their new pack. A lot of people don't have that kind of patience.

How can people be so cruel?? Thank God the shelter did a home check and found the puppy chained. Most of the shelters do not do home checks. Not sure if they did a home check for the second home that threw him over the wall ugh! Thank GOD he is safe! So many animals are being abused in this world and it breaks my heart!

So relieved that Blue ended up in the BEST forever home , albeit not after some tough, undeserved suffering. WHY get a dog if you're just going to chain him/her up? Breaks my heart so many end up like this. Thanks to the shelter for following up and at least he was returned back to the shelter vs being abandoned to the streets or back into the wrong hands.
