Thank you Jody Barr for exposing this. The sad part of all of this is that the same thing is going on in Anytown, USA, everyday all week long. The difference is the others have not been caught………yet! All departments hide behind the law and each other. These police officers are are only beholden to each other, until their own status is in jeopardy, then all is fair game. Remember Houston police officer Gerald Goines, he was convicted of double felony murder in the deaths of Dennis Tuttle, 59, and Rhogena Nicholas, 58, who were shot along with their dog after officers burst into their home using a "no-knock" warrant. Goines falsely claimed an informant had bought heroin at the couple's home from a man with a gun, setting up the violent confrontation in which the couple was killed and four officers, including Goines, were shot and wounded, and a fifth was injured. A Texas Ranger who investigated the raid testified that the officers fired first, killing the dog and likely provoking Tuttle's gunfire. This is why we have police/agents of the State that violate civil rights.. they are trained that way.. its a culture of other bad police, supervises, judges, lawyers, teachers, professional trainers. DOJ/FBI Says: They Are Trained that way; police are trained to violated civil rights.

To me, all the officers previous test cases need to be reviewed because he clearly lies to the judges. So I need to know anytime. He used a confidential informant. Those cases need to be reopened in the confidential informant should be made in front of the judge and the judge alone to say exactly what happened and watches a lot of cases probably crumble and lawsuits start costing the citizens money
