Doctor wanted to do surgery 33 years ago on my thyroid to remove nodule on my left side of my thyroid. I got a second opinion and the next Endocrinologist specialist said surgery isn’t necessary as long as my nodule remains benign but that I will just have to be on levothyroxine/synthroid thyroid medication for the rest of my life.🙏🏾🙏🏾

I had my thyroid removed 2006 and it is the best thing I’ve ever done. I can now sleep better and focus o my life. It was benign but it looked big. Trust me I’ve through this surgery and you will recover in speed. Taking levothyroixing is nothing compared to thyroid misery.
