The length of your videos are no trouble for me, they are great. The detail you have within the videos has helped me to create a crafter and given me direction as I come back to playing UO. They need to hire you as a communications person, as I fall asleep whenever I true to listen or watch any live efforts by the devs. All the best to you!

Sure thing.. Frankly I made and remade this video several times... its still pretty long and I only got a chance to cover the Merchant/Pirate/Beacon farming... Ill do more (shorter ones) talking bout the bosses as well.. Scalis, Corgul etc..

I started UO back in '98 and just recently restarted. Well, I found my old account with a defunct email address from 10 years ago, and had decided that if my account was able to be found I would start again. Found it. It was a process, but I was able to go back and get all my old gear - but more importantly my 250M gold which definitely came in handy since all my old gear was basically garbage! I do have a bunch of old rares though... Anyway, long-winded much? Your videos are helping me re-learn the game, thank you!

@@Stahlgewitter I think a Smith/Tailor/Imbuer is one of the most important toons to have.. Crafting in UO is one of my favorite things... I LOVE the new legendaries, but I wish they would revamp/revitalize the Imbuing skill now to compensate... One of the best things about UO used to be the best gear was crafted.. Now thats not the case.. But Imbuing and crafting are still pretty important for these sorts of "specialized" builds...

@@rabidsniper6925 I agree. Especially with how much time & energy went into those gains WAYYY back in the day. I got rich in the beginning of UO back in like '98-'00 from tailoring, and used that money to be able to afford almost anything (mostly ingots etc back then). I remember hanging out at the smithy in Britain and raking in the gold for repairing and crafting stuff for the passers-by. It was awesome. Would be great for that to be the way it is now. The way to do it would be to have recipes or new power scrolls or something to raise imbuing to new levels, or perhals even like craftibg specialization, but include like a "bind to account" system so people couldn't just buy their way into it - force them to complete endgame crafting quests, or even with a fighter toon to provide to the crafter on the account.

So one thing I had an issue with was setting the default container for the organizer. When setting the target, if you target the hold and click when it has a yellow highlighted tile, it simply doesn't work. You have to position the cursor over the hold so none of the tiles light up in yellow. (This was on both a Gargoyle and a Tokuno Ship) Apologies if somehow this was in the video and I missed it.

Leaned a lot from this video, I'm new back, played from 1998-2004 and I was an old hen back then, only downside to the video is how you show off the macros and then leave us guessing, its like showing me a chocolate cake 🎂 then putting it back in the fridge 😢 maybe that will be your next video 😉

What map are you using? or is that part of the enhance client? I havnt been able to get UOAM to work yet

This is the map of Enhanced Client.. with EC.. they added a lot of the features/macros etc of things like UOA and UOAM as well as some of the cool stuff that Pinco did to early EC development. It really is a great game interface.. there are a few things that keep me having to have Classic Client installed.. but that is a very short list. To some though, its all about taste in graphic characteristics. Im not so much a purist when it comes to huge quality of life features ;)

How does the build work without parry? Does Bushido take care of the parry part?

This build is more archery focus.. which you cant parry with.. Bushido is intended to provide lightning strike as well as whirlwind damage from a whip. (not a super strong AOE, but decent enough).

Hrmm yah.. I believe its sort of "random".. there are certains areas of the the "seas" where these things spawn and they can be one of 4 different "mobs". Orc combat ship (low loot value), Human or Gargoyle trade ship (High loot value), Dread Pirate (Medium loot value) and the PIrate Beacons (little to no loot, but high value trade cargos). What Ive noticed is that once you scuttle a ship, after a few minutes it disappears and another "mob" has a chance to spawn.. Also if you are using the hunting grounds I show in this video, make sure you go all the way to the "fringes" of the area.. (down by the server line to the south and all the way over to the islands to the east etc...) Remember, this things sail around on their own, but they will generally stay within their "Spawn area". Other good places are near the Zento docks and sail East along the south edge of the map and also in the seas south and around Moonglow. Good luck!

@@rabidsniper6925 Now that I have been looking in the Tokuno Islands, I have seen a lot more cargos in the waters. One of the best things I learned from your video was getting rid of that sail . I also have had high sea for over 8 and only fished wish it until your video.

High seas is bugged, They made and sold a lighthouse to send your ship back to your house, it never worked, still doesnt.

do not spend money on this game it requires more bandwidth than watching KZbin and crashes constantly its a shame because this use to play on dialup
