hey, i wanna know if you can land a job in an airline by completing this course, I mean, traditionally, you will need PPL, IR, MEL, CFI etc to obtain CPL and then build flight exp for like 2 years before applying for an airline job, does this course do that?

You won't automatically be given a job, but earning a college degree in commercial aviation in a great start. You will do all of your traditional training here and we have pathway programs for job placements into the aviation industry.

Hi Aishwarya. You'll need to complete your 11th and 12th grade education before admission to the University of North Dakota. Once you complete your secondary education and meet the other requirements you can apply. Most new students at UND are 18. und.edu/admissions/international/requirements-application.html

If you are in Air Force JROTC or the Civil Air Patrol you can apply for the flight academy. If you get accepted they will send you to a partnered university (one of which is UND) to get your pilot's license over the summer.

Yes, you do have normal required courses like the ones you mentioned. The aviation program is basically an elective.

How does the winter weather affect flying schedules and such?

Wind and winter weather can alter some flying schedules, but flight instructors are flexible. We fly in a variety of conditions in all four seasons. Our pilots get the experience of flying in it all.

Hi. I’m probably going to apply for the university for aviation purposes but don’t actually know if I meet the requirements. I’m from the uk and we use 9-1 to grade ourselves but I’m not exactly sure on how to convert that to American grades and I find it a little bit difficult on the site to find info about this. It’s a shame because I know that this university is extremely good and worth going to. Maybe someone could help me?
