There are no political parties in Kenya. Political parties in any mature democracy are guided by a philosophy be it justice, equity, smaller but responsive government etc. Tell me an ideology of any political party in Kenya, there’re none. They’re basically criminal enterprises owned by individuals such that ODM is Raila and Raila is ODM, UDA is Ruto and vice versa.

My uneducated ideas are...1.. audit the dept and all civil servants..2..separation of treasury and police from executive..3.. chapter 6 should be reinstated as intended...4.. all future presidential candidates should not belong to any political party 3yrs prior to elections..5.. police commissioners should be selected by a commission from the LSk and Judiciary..6..recalling presidential and elected members should be made easier..7..reduce the counties back 8,with governors (2 mps,2 senators male &female) no women reps..nominated members should be people with disabilities..

what is eilling our country are not individuals but cooperate culture in our public institutions. 1. political parties are privately owned by individuals as oposed to being owned by the public. 2. the political party position is informed by the owners and not the wants of the people. 3. representative of the people is nolonger representing the people but the political parties. 4. the legislature has abandoned its oversight role and replaced it with the management of CDF. 5. legislation is self centred in favour of the legislative arm. 6. budgeting is used as a tool to reward individual and for punishing other institution who seem to check the legislature. this are the issues that we need to address
