It's a synth lead type sound, I'd research what VST/synthesizers were being used at the time this beat dropped and work from there. Sorry can't be of more help, haven't produced in 6-7 years now.

It's a synth you can find something that sounds similar in the vst Purity (it's a virtual piano to make instrumentals)
