I'm happy to see again my favorite singer Jose Marie Chan. I've watched his concert here in sm lanang davao way back 2017 if i'm not mistaken and he was really a man of good heart that reflectd his beautiful songs. I stayed longer after the concert just to have my cd christmas songs signed by him. He was very patient to all of us, inabot kami ng 12 midnight para lang may souvenir from him. More power JMC. When we were in college, I was the date of my now husband, Chuck, on his ROTC Promotions Ball. Jomari was the emcee of the program following the ceremonies. He asked some of us girls who were the dates of other ROTC Officers (by the way they were Ateneans and Jomari was their batchmate)....including me! I sang Young At Heart and he was impressed!!! Sadly, many people are starving for God’s Word and they do not know it and are being offered a lot of substitutes that don’t help. As the body needs bread, the soul needs God's word. The Bible is the mind of Christ. The authors vocabulary and experience yet directed by the Holy Spirit. Moses can't come up on how everything was created, it is a revelation from God. if God gave His only begotten son, the one that is very intimate to Him for His children, which is the greater, can He not grant the desire of His children, which is the lesser. The catch there is our mind will be transformed through the word of God and no longer worked up on stacking treasures where moth and rust destroy but lay treasures in heaven. Where your treasure is, there will your heart be also. Christ did not come to promise health, wealth and prosperity. No one’s life is free of trouble, concern, and disappointment in this sin-stained world. We’re all going to suffer. What matters for those of us who know and love the Lord is how we suffer. How do we endure the trials of life, and how do we respond when things don’t go according to plan? Contentment is a gift from God.
