Happy Birthday Chris. My farther unlawfully had the same issue years ago and 1 mechanic said it would be over a £1000 to do as the dash would need to come out. By chance he was talking to another mechanic and said just try some Radweld. 6 years or more later and not a drop.worth a try for a few quid he said and Bob's your uncle.love watching the videos and keep up the good work👍

That black box mate is a sterling battery to battery charger ot charges your Auxiliary batteries I've got one that does 12v to 24v tells you on the front then the small red box is just the battery split charge relay

I'd be careful with exhaust on the diesel heater very tight to the van floor like that. They get pretty hot. They normally use a metal bracket with a round deflector bit on it that you bolt to the floor... keep an eye on it🔥....😂

Run a 12-18 gauge wire from your main battery to your auxiliary battery to help trickle charge is as the van is running this is how I run my inverter off it’s own batt but with trickle charge from the vehicle battery … Happy Birthday Chris hope it’s the best year yet for you mate keep up the content please so entertaining
