we still had drive-ins when this was out and for somthing like a year at least one of em would have "up in smoke" and "the warriors" playing as a double. we used to back the 1962 ford falcon wagon up and smoke along to the movie. probably why we needed to see it more than once.

Nothing worse than getting to work at the truck wash and all the trucks melting when you sprayed soap on them. Hallucinagenics are best done in the proper setting. Yeah dosing unsuspecting people held a real downside for me. I had my two neighbors pay me a painful visit after my friend was dosed while passed out drunk. These two guys were old Nam Vets and didn't like hearing that my friend had to be hospitalized so they put the boots to me big time. They really hated hearing me tell them that I had nothing to do with what had happened, that I wasn't even there and that their beatdown on me was the first thing I'd heard about it. The actual culprits ended up in the hospital too as the acid they had was heavily cut with near lethal levels of strychnine and they went toxic while trippin in a local 7-11. For years after that day, Mike and Mickey couldn't look me in the eyes ever again without apologizing for beating me like they did.
