Your analysis is good, but cut off prediction is not as per paper difficulty level..no candidate could read and attempt full paper due to length of paper. Paper was not so difficult but the options are so typical, nobody can guess the correct option.examiner put the options with dates,which r not true but very close to the events....i have written 4 tiles uppsc mains and 3 times RO/ARO mains, but this time paper was very confusing.. No. of attepmts in question paper is 15 questions less than previous year ,so cut off wil be drastically low..as per my view..

In nfsa and world jute website run by indian jute boards it is clearly said that sowing period is from march-may not from February. Even nfsa says that sowing starts from march and optimal in mid march for few species. Problem with uppcs is that they have lifted these questions from other pcs or examination without verifying it.

Also India aus ecta first statement is wrong. They are many ftas with mixed scheduling approach targeting specific sextor with positive and negative linkages. First of it kind of jcm for fta it has. Uppcs has lifted this question word by word from pib and cccarelessly removed the word jcm. Statement one is wrong. And second is right as it was attended by the person mentioned in statement two. And no where in the statement one it says that this is first fta between three two countries. Second statement is correct.
