Actually been running those Lowe’s orders since mid summer I run for a company called Lathon dispatch and they are actively recruiting that pay structure chart is the same one I was provided they pay the total load amount and take a 20% cut for dispatch etc . I reached out to them, they require you to have 10+ assets. They also want to be named as additionally insured on your insurance.

That is part of their general requirement they send out when you inquire about signing up with them (sign up form on there website doesn't ask for your location, they ask that on their follow up email with you). I asked if they would work with smaller operations but no response yet.

Hello. Being named as additionally insured on Acord form is standard practice for most 3PL logistics companies today. Just have your broker at the verbiage to the COI Acord form.

Hello. Wait a minute. Your contracted for One Rail through someone else? One rail is the 3PL(middle man) so if someone else is between you then you are running subcontracted.

Unfortunately if you work directly for them the pay is not much different. They guy your working for that has the actual one rail login that delegated a work account to you is not seeing much more than you. Your getting paid faster working for him..dont worry

OneRail takes over 30 days to get paid. I have a contract and the rates are bad. I hardly get orders, and they are always late to paid you. You need 1 mil policy and 2 mil Aggregate to get on board with them. This is on a cargo van in Texas.
