how to old version of postprocessor open in new version solidcam?

I'm Assistant Manager in Mnufacturing LTD company. I have problem in "vmid" file. Problem is:- if i saved vmid in Higher version of SolidCAM, now this saved vmid file will not worked in Lower version of SolidCAM. Please tell me how can i use that higher version vmid file in lower version of solidCAM.
