There are a lot of incredible hoopers out there, but Rachael is in a class all her own. Never tired of watching her. The kitchen scenes, for some reason, are always my favorite.. She just glows with life.. She also somehow understands it's the hooper and not the hoop, if that makes sense.

Hi, awesome video's shows what practice does. What hoop do you use? It looks flexible unlike the exercise weighted kind, they are stiff & rigid. I notice on your shoulder tutorial vid the hoop flexes.
