Very important points: 1) Shravanena ajnana nivrittih; mananena samshaya nivrittih; nidhidhyasanene vasana nivrittih. 2) Healthiest body is when one does not feel the body at all. 3) Healthiest mind is where there is no mind (Bhava shunya - no thoughts). 4) Suppression V Sublimation. 5) Sublimation happens only by clear understanding.
