I thought it was production’s way of easing us to Kathy’s “epic” fallout with the girls them labeling her high maintenance. Also the turning point for me was not Diana calling her (see you next Tuesday) it was the reaction of the cast. U can dislike or disagree with someone and still stand up and defend them when they are being wronged. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen for Bravo because that’s harmful environment for a a talent to be in. I hope Sutton leaves the show and see what they will do without her. Adam, I have a great question. Erica is being ordered to give back the earrings. The mistress is glad to give back what Tom gave her to help victims get what's owed to them. Now Erica made it plain. If you'd like to 'cleanse' your crystal you can do so with pure water with seasalt in it and allow your crystal(s) to sit in it overnight. You can also cleanse your crystal of old energy with ocean water, river water, herbal smoke, snow (really any type of naturally occurring water). Maybe EDB will break down how difficult it is to win a defamation case? There are several conditions that needs to be fulfilled. One of the biggest is that she can't be a public person. Celebrities have to endure a lot. I believe Diana is a public person. That's why we haven't seen other realitytvstars go for defamation. Another condition is that Diana must be able to prove damages. Evidence of how the gossip from that specific blogger directly affected her income. Didn't she already have a poor reputation online? She must also prove that the blogger willingly spoke untruths abt known facts (lied abt facts) with malicious intent. If the blogger simply stated what they thought was the truth at the time (like repeated a story), or state what they actually believed was the truth, they are in the clear. They have to lie abt facts, knowledge, with bad intent. We are allowed to express our beliefs. Basically you can not be a public person, the blogger have maliciously lied & that specific lie from that specific blogger has negatively impacted ability to earn income. All this must be proven with evidence. It's extremely difficult to win defamation. I don't think she has a chance & the c&d only pissed people off. She might think that she actually showed people that she was serious, but she looks like a thin skinned rookie. Ruined her rep even more. I can't imagine Bravo be happy with this. They need and want the media and Diana is going vigilante....What a fiasco this season has been. They have to address the drama outside the show. It will be very inauthentic otherwise. Realityshow, social media and lawsuits are just entangled in eachother.

about rinna. everyone does grieve differently. Anger is a part of grief usually directed at a cause of death, etc. Rinna has a pattern and a history of tearing people down. this is not out of character for her. so i don't believe it is a product of grief. Her "breakdown" was straight out of a soap opera, no tears, shoulder shakes. just seems way to fake. I do believe she is grieving, but i believe she is also using it to excuse her behavior.

Diana thinks way to high of herself. She has money and because she does she gets people to follow her!!! Bravo is deliberately encouraging this nasty crap. A few months back Kyle spoke of leaving as she misses the way it was where the women actually enjoyed each other when it was fun. I truly felt that was Kyle's way of letting people know that production is not only encouraging the bad behavior but deliberately bringing in people who are willing and enjoying being mean and nasty! As for Diana saying u need a villain here I am. Of course she wears that nasty badge proudly!

My opinions of the network has softened a bit only insofar that: they are exposing a kind of behavior that has always been easily explained away. “Money can’t buy class”. Famous people are just people other humans are more aware of... their existence, not their virtue. The Lisa’s, Erika’s, and Diana’s of the world only survive and thrive because of the Kyle’s and Dorit’s, and at times, Crystal’s of the world. The Garcelle’s and Sutton’s need more Kathy’s to help ensure the center holds. That is the only way they “dig themselves out of this hole”.

In other words was it her mom's death or was it going through her mom's things. I personally it's the death and you've already gone through that initial grieving. For example, Below Deck Med dropped a few days ago and just like the Housewives - nothing yet! Now people are complaining that her mom dying is part of her storyline are you kidding me? It is part of her storyline because her mother did die she's not using it is just what it is. Is she not supposed to talk about it at all? You can never please anybody always something negative to say about everybody. Kyle starts s*** all the time and nobody says anything to her. And yes Lisa has been out of control but saying something about her mother dying in relationship to her storyline is totally ridiculous.
