Josh McDaniels got rid of Derek Carr after 1 year then Antonio Pierce Tom telesco and company don't do anything to bring in a quarterback! He's owed 40 million next year Tom telesco is frugal and loves his draft picks I see Hassan Reddick and a second or third round pick for Davante Adams coming soon!!

Look I love the fact we have Tae but I’m a real life person as a fan. The organization allowed Josh McDummy to dupe him by using Carr then trade Carr. Yes we tried to get a QB but couldn’t trade up and we need Oline and LBer in my opinion. Why not trade him while he’s valued as a great player, he wants a ring to complete his legacy and that’s understandable. I hope it’s pure 🐂 💩 he’s a Raider in my eyes but I get it.

DA hat a good demeanor, he goes with the flow and does hos job. Problem is, he is an awesome individual in his field of sports which happens to be a teamsport. He feels entitled to success because he himself is good at what he does and doesn´t want to be held back by a mediocre team, toxic fandom and sub par ownership. He is obviously frustrated that he is still light years away from contending for a SB with the Raiders and doesn´t see it as his job anymore, making his team better and demanding more of his teammates. His business decisions now seem to revolve more around his market value and his long term legacy.
