So true Swamiji. I am finishing a 30 yoga class and I have not had 1 pain in my back that used to stop me from working most of the time. When my back is stretched through yoga asanas it no longer hurts! I have often wondered if this pain is real. Now it is like a placebo- if I make it real then it is. Thank you.
