My Upapada Lagna is in Pisces. Libra Ascendant. Mercury in 3rd house. Traditionally, the Upapada Lagna doesn't go into the 6th house, seven places away - mine would stay in Sagittarius/3rd house, but this is the way K N Rao does Jaimini. Either way, my Upapada Lagna is ruled by Jupiter, and most of my girlfriends have either been foreign or their parents were from a foreign country.
