Wow, it's been a while I didn't listen to your mixes. I started listening to them almost exactly 2 years ago, in 2021, when life became a big mess and I couldn't focus on my job without this type of music. At a time, even focus music couldn't help me so I stopped listening to it and tried my best to crawl through life. And today I really wanted to focus on my researchs of a new job as I saw a little bit of hope for my future. So I put this mix and tried to work. And man, thanks again for this because I finally could focus properly, and it's been a while without being distracted by anything or overthink about everything. The Isochronic tones have helped me write so many papers! I love this video. 🥰 I found that playing the tones while simultaneously playing music like slower Sisters of Mercy songs or The Cure’s Disintegration album helps me to concentrate. I think the dissonance in the music blends well with the tones and helps me focus. Thank you for these videos! I have so much gratitude for you for taking the time and effort to create them. This isochronic tones session works in a slightly different way to the tracks specifically for ADHD. However, the concept is similar, i.e., increase more beta wave acativty. So they can be very effective for ADHD and lots of people in the ADHD community regularly comment about using the tracks in this series.
