I have dandruff and also am a picker, my whole life. Something like trichotillomania but I pick at scabs, peel cuticles, bite at the inside cheeks of my mouth, and incessantly scratch my dandruff. It is debilitating and I can't stop it when an episode starts. I have learned to go online and watch these videos because they (quite literslly) scratch that itch for me and are also very relaxing. My scalp was under fire again and it wants to say thank you for this video.

It's called dermatillomania and I have have that too! And not only on my scalp, but my entire arms and hips/thighs are covered in scars from me scratching.

@@Alysana2604 Oh thanks for telling me! Sorry you suffer too. We gotta find ways to 'pick' this urge. I was shamed on a date once for picking at the skin on my fingers. Its really gross how people will shame you for disorders. I hope you can find some help. Its related to anxiety and OCD btw.
