News about massive IT park, swanky office buildings coming up in Kolkata is very impressive and assuring, However, as you very well know most of the jobs in these IT parks and new age office buildings will be white collar jobs, for which one will need a undergraduate and/or post graduate degree or a professional degree. I suggest you also focus on the manufacturing jobs that have been created or are being created in and around Kolkata and West Bengal, for which a basic school certificate should be good enough.

DLF is building 'Downtown' in Gurgaon and Chennai, and the Gurgaon one will have 11 million sq feet of offices when its fully complete... among the ones shown here, WTC will have 3.5 million sq feet if and when its complete, but even considering WTC Sec 5, all these combined does not have 11 million sq feet... probably less than half space.. yet u appear so happy and proud 🤣🤣🤣

You need not be always the first boy to be considered successful. Gurgaon has the advantage of being in National capital region . Kolkata lost that oppurtunity 200 years ago. None of the great metro cities ever recieved refugees after 1947 so let each student grow at his own pace. Some times the average doers outshine in multiple things maybe like nobel prizes. So keep the competitive mentality but not give up on the average guy.
