I don't think they'd make Pawmi or Manky a comm day because both 3rd stages require extra steps that can't just be fixed by giving out free evolution items or lures. I'd expect raids for both of those instead. Hoping the November one is Jangmo-o or Frigibax. It's not a 3 stage but Salandit would be nice, just to be able to get females to evolve and shinies. The comm days have been pretty weak this year so far. If they did Pidgey I think I'd just quit. I noticed in my sorting there are already dynamax symbols with question marks, so maybe MAYBE we'll finally get more than 9 whole galarian pokemon (which released in like... 2019?). Why we got so many S/V pokemon before releasing 90% of the Sw/Sh is beyond me. Sept/Oct/Nov might be Sobble, Grooky, Scorbunny. I have a feeling those won't come until next year and we'll only get raids for.... shot in the dark.... maybe Cubfu/Urshifu? Since in the main games that's the pokemon they teach you about gigantimax soup with so it would stand to reason it would be the first raid in PoGo as well.. My guesses are September- Salandit or Pikipek, October-Gothita or Pawniard, November- Jangmo-o or Frigibax. Then hoping the Halloween event will release at least one of: Mimikyu, Sinistea, or Dreepy. I also think they will drop Dudunsparce and Farigiraf soon since both of those first stages were part of Go Fest. We also still need Kingsgambit and Paldean Tentacool.
