Whatever improvement happened in Bihar from 2005 to 2013 was primarily because of government giving attention and priory to road and bridges construction. Before 2005 it was a nightmare to tavel from one district to another in Bihar.

Its a shame that all expressways are just 4 lanes. Atleast they could connect purvanchal with patna properly. That shit Buxar link and buxar bridge is pathetic. and 92km opened Buxar link is also looks substandard. Why so much money is wasted ? Why not build a road one time like purvanchal?
