For people who doesnt know yes Yan from AoV base on Yao. But Yao is a assasin type champ while Yan is a fighter for the most part.

@@darklight7339 i dont think he is good in solo lane bro. 1. He doesnt have any hard cc, so ganking him or supporting team is pointless. 2. His healing is sh*t. 3. He is a cdr dependent champ so he need 2-3 items to funtion well. 4.he can be counter by hard cc or early game champ like mayene or biron

Yes but typing the heroes name in chat takes to long. They should keep it to one word like dian wei. The announcer would call him berserker till this update they got rid of it and niw call him dian wei.

Dating from when I enjoy playing AoV without the knowledge of HoK, the hero named Yan was my source of enjoyment of the game, I like how his skills work and every execute of those skills are madly satisfying. Then I was introduced to this game and found the hero Yan was based on, I quickly got excited, he feels a bit different to play because Yan was a bit modified to fit Tanjiro skins, but I think, I will enjoy more on Dongfeng Yao.

His skill kinda reminds me of Butterfly which involves resetting skills, but Yao has a dashing mechanic and mobility while Butterfly is more of an assassin that disengage by sustaining damage via shielding like a warrior type hero.
