Just for information ...in 2024 July Sector 1 e-auction ...ALL PLOTS OFFERED ..SOLD OUT ...mostly to GURGAON residents now ...around 450 sqm plots sold @ 2.5 -3 Cr approx and hsvp booths 27 sq yard sold @ approx 65 -70 Lacs in Sec 1 pataudi..SMART Gurgaon residents now started investing in Pataudi , so prices are going up

Sir , you are not updated , have wrong information, rate is 80 -90 k / sq yard ....still no plots available for same ...DPS Pataudi is just 3 km from Sector 1 , Govt College in Sector 1 inaugration was on 4th Aug 2024 , now defered in Sector 1 ...but approved by hsvp...start before election 2024....mothers pride ...2 schools are sold out in e auction ...hospital sites are all sold out in e auction to big school chains / hospital also sold out ...start in next 1-2: years...Bang on right Gurgaon Pataudi Rewari Highway...Pataudi has its own market to get all basic needs

When luxury flats are being quoted up to rupees 100 crs meaning 2lacs per sq ft carpet, then similar sq ft floors on plots (which are around 2/5 lacs per yard) are still 10/20 times cheaper then the flats, meaning plots have a very long appreciation in future in Gurgaon

Pataudi /Pataudi Old Colony inka rate jyada nahin badega.. Roads chute hain ..rasta pakka nahin ...koi planned development nahin ..., HSVP Sector 1 ka badega... Kyonki woh planned sector hain...wahan Govt Growth layegi .. Bhiwadi kabhi grow nahin karega.... Rajasthan mein hai. ..Farukhnagar mein jab HUDA Sector aayega. Woh Sector 1 Pataudi se mehanga hoga ..otherwise local plot gaon jaise ke rate par.hi bikenge ...PURA Pataudi ...baki Gaon hi rahega...kyonki sadakien kacchi ,chotti hai . Unplanned hain
