A man's got to eat and there's no place better to do it than Thailand.
And it helps to have the sweetest of Thai ladies on hand to cook.

I love the wide stripes on that first cat! Very neat, compared to it's siblings. I also love watching how things are cooked over an open fire. When it comes to eating, I would probably not go for any fermented meat and I probably am missing out on something really good. I did, however, purchase a small Webber stove and some special wood "bricks" so I can cook outdoors when the weather is nice. I just made a banana walnut bread ....does that count for anything? I enjoyed the video. Steer clear of the corona virus!!!

Robert Jean you’re right. But the point is that they didn’t have pots or pans back then. When those conveniences were available at some stores. Some had to travel a distance to purchase them and some people couldn’t afford them at the time. I lived in a village in the Philippines in the 70’s and there were no markets or stores nearby. Many had to do without the modern conveniences and provided and made what we needed to live.
