Love this!!! Will be making for my grandson’s kindergarten classmates for end of year present with crayons and coloring books. Suggestions…crochet rounds taller than can and fold extra rounds down to inside of can…covers sharp edge to prevent possible injury. Thanks Crista for another great idea!!! I like this pattern, it looks good. I will use it in the round to make bags rather than a can cozy. I wonder if we should do an extended DC or a TC instead of a DC when we do the spike stitch, or would that mess it up?
