Another masterpiece! I wish I could have seen it more up close, to see how the elastic and boning looked. It looked wonderful in all the ways that you style it. I like men's suiting fabrics so much that I would choose to make more than one of these. I often feel guilty when I take men's clothing. It's because I think of the young men that may need a suit for job interviews, etc. However, when I find what I want in men's attire, it's like finding a treasure and the guilt just fades away. I think men's fabrics a far better than women's. The are made to last, it seems -- that is when you find a certain class of clothing. But generally an comparatively woman's stuff seems more like stuff to be more quickly discarded. I think that's called fast fashion. While men's stuff is reliable and meant to last. Finally I want to say, I love the way you chose to make a them with the buttons and button holes. That took you creation from makeshift to more deliberate and intended design. Excellent.

@@honestly7393 thank you so much for you comments. I think the same thing sometimes but there are so many orgs out there to help support men transitioning and some of those clothes get tossed into it the landfills so we are doing a good thing. There is so much waste in this world. Men’s suiting to very nice!! I love working with it during the fall and winter. You’ll see more

@@JenRestyleandFashion Thank you about the men's transitioning programs info. I can feel better about my purchases. It was also that they would never have a need to buy women's stuff that always got me. Also the men's stuff can be the best things you will ever find in the thrift store when it comes to quality. You could possibly keep the top you made almost forever. And I consider it a classic that is in the chic category. It is an all way around win.

Low key, learn how to sew. It took a lot of work to make that jacket.
