My mom makes them into burger patties lol, she boils the banana peels and cuts them. Then puts the cut pieces in the blender to crush it, and now that it's all mushy, she puts them in a bowl, adds 1 - 2 cups of flour depending on how many banana peels she crushed, then adds 2 or 3 eggs, then salt and pepper. She then mixes it all up and cooks them into patties.
