Dorothea LeBlanc Art

11 ай бұрын

I began this project using sea glass, but problems and misfortune led me to using shattered glass instead. I love finding discarded items and giving them a beautiful new life! Life needs Art, wouldn't you agree?

Your "light fixture" and hours of detail work is breathless. You do know that will be in your mansion in heaven, right? So pretty!

That turned out so beautiful. Loved seeing the process. Hope you didn't cut your fingers! Between the two of you, you come up with some really interesting art projects.

Thanks friend! I love it when hubby and I can work on a project together, but it’s rare. (And yes, I think I lost my fingerprints for a bit during that time lol!)

I have some broken glass like that in clear and gray. I don't know if I have the patience to place each small piece. I was going to fill in spaces letting the glass fall as it may and then covering with epoxy resin or clear glue.

@@KMF3 that might work - with a few tweaks - after you see how it falls. Certainly sounds like more fun!
