I don't think I've ever looked at the ARL and thought, "Damn that turret is hard to pen!". Same with the Churchill, neither tank is amazing at anything. Arguably, the Churchill is good if you can play it well but that's not because some stupid little plate on the side lol. The ARL on the other hand is a pile of crap for me. That things turret gets penned by everything anyway so these nerfs are just stupid.

It will be an achievement, for WG to stop releasing loot boxes, and actually fix their game. And Crusher...? Looks like a evolved TOG. I would not mind the reskinned/premium ARL, Sherman and Churchill, if they made a event to get them for free, for celebrating D-Day. But of course, we know there will be loot boxes, or some absurdly priced bundles for them... (Edit: So far, it seems they will not be in loot boxes, yippie.) And do we really need achievements? I thought the medals were a good enough system...

The premium versions won't be more armored. They will be carbon copies of the tech tree tanks, just as their 3D styles don't have the track links on them, they removed them from the tech tree tanks as well, so they can just copy paste their armor layouts to the 3D styled premiums.

A year ago tier VIII MM on the US server was actually fun, but with the more and more common loot boxes and mass selling of bs premiums, that whole range of MM has just gone to hell. I would rather play tier III than any tank that can get into a tier VIII match up. It concerns me that EVEN MORE premiums are getting added to tier VIII, considering I'm just about 1 of 3 other tree tanks in a full tier VIII game of 30 players. Hell, there's enough VII and IX premiums that even when I'm -2/+2 MM, I'm one of the few tree tanks in that range. I love this game, but they are making it harder and harder to want to play, even when I use my premiums because there's always that one asshole in a BZ 176 that can just yeet you out of existence like it's nothing.

I actually asked on stream why there weren't more tier 6 premium tanks, rather than alle the tier 2-5 you get in xmax boxes. this was before tier 4 and 5 could be used for battle pass. but i also think that tier 6 is a great tier to play at. there are really great differences in tanks and its before 90% of tanks has max view range automatically and you dont often see tanks with cvs.

Issue is T6 sees T8 which has a lot better equipment, field mods & more OP tanks. All my T8 scouts had CVS. CC's have other tanks using CVS to. You're better off playing T5, as T7 mostly doesn't have OP armour thicknesses & equipment.

I think these tanks will be the rewards for each chapter of the D-day battlepass. And their main theme. Tier X vehicles there wouldnt really make sense, since those, usually even fake tanks were nowhere near WW2.

i mostly like achievements that suprise or honor special moments to make em even more reminding or epic, esp. if ur a newish player ,still kinda sensitive to ingame occurences. In wot it could be things like blindshots, hits out of the drawing distance, multiple fires, multiple kills/bounces in a short period of time, crashing by falling from big heights, long jumps, high rammingdamage and many other things... its then like the game speaks to u and says: 'that was cool, appreciated!' for me it shows that the developers also know bout the joyable parts of their product and have a connection to the playerbase, cause they also like those moments to happen. Making it external with best-moments-replays is also nice, but not so in-the-moment and personal like directly ingame.

Sigh.... :( Can't they add new maps? New flamethrower tanks? I mean, flamethrower tanks actually existed. The mechanism for them exists in game (on Russia server). Meh. Yesterday was the last day of my free 4 days of premium from the Mars missions. I didn't play a single game, though I have well over 1,000 boosters to maximise my XP and credits, if I'd done so. Today, likewise, I did not bother to fire up the game. It's just too much blah, been there, done that, same old same old. ... I will have to go through my 308 or so tanks in garage and ensure the crews I don't want are in barracks to turn them into books. I guess? Maybe that will motivate me to fire up the game again? It's just not interesting any more, same old OP hulldown tanks take the same old hulldown locations and wait for the nerfed, nerfed and nerfed again arty to encourage them to move. I've got dozens of other games I could play, not to mention Netflix and such to watch. I could even read books! Make me interested, Wargaming!

Meet and recruit tankers from Season XIV of the Battle Pass, harness the full might of the US Navy and RAF, avoid minefields and destroy concrete bunkers! Complete all objectives and receive a commemorative medal, camouflage patterns created in honor of the heroism of Allied soldiers during the Normandy landings in 1944, and other valuable rewards. As the mission progresses, you will need to destroy mid-level German equipment, as well as bunkers with different calibers of guns. A few excerpts from the event: - A smoke signal marks the territory for the battleship’s guns, which cause damage to enemy equipment and other objects located there. - The coastal bunker has been destroyed. - The battleship is ready to fire. - Find a way to destroy the coastal bunkers. - Use smoke signals to help the battleship. problem with all the game modes they are trying to sell you is that you dont complete daily missions in most (or all of them). and when you are a casual player trying to finish stages in the battle pass, there is just no room for it. if they made it as effective or better for earning points for the battle pass, i would likely participate in some of them. but generally they are just to grindy and i have long periods were i dont really have the will to play every day, and if you dont play every day it seems you just dont have a chance to finish game modes.

New rewards in Season 14 of the WOT 2024 Battle Pass (summer). ❗The future BP season is non-standard and will differ from traditional onesseasons. *This season of the Battle Pass celebrates the 80th anniversary of the Normandy landings, known in many countries as D-Day. The main rewards for completing the pass are three premium Tier VI vehicles, each of which has a unique appearance inspired by Allied vehicles of the time: 🇬🇧Churchill Crocodile, 🇺🇸M4A3(76)W Sherman and 🇫🇷Char de transition. The BP will be divided, as usual, into 3 chapters of lvl 50: • Keep calm • Let justice prevail • Liberation Thus, at lvl 50 of each chapter, a lvl 6 themed premium tank with a built-in 3D style will be waiting for you. And there will be no progressive 3D styles at lvl 10 in BP-14. This is the first experimental version of the Battle Pass, where premium equipment will be given as a final reward. Each tank in 3 chapters is a copy of the pumped-up analogue in the top configuration. The season will also be associated with the Operation Overlord mode.
