your gpu temperature is high, stuttering problems maybe because of the 4gb VRAM so it takes up a lot of ram, maybe I will try this game later with the same specifications as you but mine is a ryzen 5 5600h

It was just mission after you turn on recording fps drops a Lil but the swinging was alot better now after the update of 1.4.1 & 1.4.2 it changed.

Yeah I know what you talking about it's grains but I don't mess with any of its settings I just keep it default otherwise it starts giving me problems

In update 1.4.0 I was getting 40 - 50 average but it also varies location to location and in mission. But after 1.4.2, I was getting little less.
