Congratulations on your business. What made you decide on a laundromat? Is there a demand for it? Are you renting the whole building or just the second floor? At any rate, it is huge. You actually only need one room for the he business. My suggestion since u seem to be renting the whole floor is for. U to open a restaurant where ppl can eat while waiting for their laundry to be done. It doesn’t have to be “extravagant “, just simple snacks (and affordable/cheat) for ppl to eat while passing the time. This is called synergy. If you don’t want a restaurant, then some other business where your laundry customers can hit two birds with one stone, I was thinking of grocery but that would require more capital and its labor intensive. A restaurant makes sense to me since u like to eat, that way there’s synergy and ur hitting two birds with one stone. U would save on your meals . If I’m not mistaken you have a third room. You could rent it out or lease it out and it would help you on your rent/lease. Or you could move in and make it ur primary residence, thus u save money. Synergy. You hit it right Basel. Laundry is the best to open as a business there. Another one is Water Filtration. For your business to succeed, you have to put your hands on, and good bookkeeping/accounting. Follow your Cash Flow and handle it well. I am a CPA and Business Consultant. I am a Filipino but I live in Houston, TX. My family came to Houston on a medical visa, we over-stayed our visa, became TNT (Tago Nang Tago) for a while, worked on our green card and now a US citizen. I was self-employed until I retire.
