I did have really bad withdrawal symptoms and didn’t want to go back on the medication. However, I knew that it was okay to go back on a lower dose and help me out a bit. Sending u a great mental health recovery and journey ❤️

.Aleesha, please excuse the bluntness, I specialise in autism research, i myself am an autistic female, and i can spot it on others very easily. Dont count me on this 100%. The way you express yourself is very very much like me... I really have to think before i speak because i cant process words well and struggle to speak fluent sentences without needing to take breaks where i break eye contact, because i cant look at something while thinking because it puts me off. I notice little quirks in your mannerisms and i can see you struggle to look directly at the camera for longer than 5 seconds. .. dont worry, i only notice this because i am very highly tuned to this, others probably wont notice. I hole you do not mind me saying this and like i said dont count me in it 100%. I have watched some of your videos and I think you are a really kind person with a good heart. Stay blessed ❤
