At 6:25 you mention a magazine flip extender with the "Fab defense OMC" . You can also do this with a standard 30 round mag, that's 60 rounds right quick; which is properly demonstrated jungle style by Ben Foster in the film Hell or High Water at about 1 hour 12 min into the film. Hahahah I was shooting at a range one time and there was a cop shooting next to me. I was shooting my Ruger bolt action but plenty of people were shooting ARs and AKs and NOT ONCE did he check to see if they were California compliant. Most don't care unless you're doing something bad with them but of course, there will always be some cops that do not understand the complex CA laws.

Something we can never do is legislate common sense or mortality. There is a lot of restrictions for a registered assault weapon. For example, you can't let anyone under 18 use it or else its a felony. You can't let anyone even touch it outside of a range or else its a felony. You can't pass it down to yours kids. Very strict transportation requirements. You can't sell it. You can only shoot it in specific places that allow registered assault weapons. If you die somehow, your spouse or kids have 90 days to turn it in to Law Enforcement (which they can fall trap to "transportation laws" if not careful) or sell it out of state or else they'll be in possession of an unregistered assault weapon. If California treated registered assault weapons like they treated any other firearm, it wouldn't be such an issue. But the restrictions they pile on it is insane.
