Thanks for watching and commenting. The forms worked out great. I'd use Fastfoot again when the situation comes up. Drop by my website baileylineroad.com for a visit sometime. You'll find lots of stuff there, including tool giveaways, articles and videos of interest to hands-on, how-to people. Bye for now and thanks for watching! Steve

That’s a big project, Steve! Looking forward to seeing the rest of this series. Do you need to add drain holes at the low end so water doesn’t collect inside? Or will it just run through the door opening?

Thanks for the note, Art! One nice thing about fractured limestone bedrock is that it drains very well. Drainage won't be a problem when the shelter is up, but even now there's never any water laying on the area (except for one small spot), even after big rainfalls. As for project size, yes, this is a big one. The biggest part, I expect, will be the foundation. I'll be glad to get it done and hardening, then move on to the main part of the project. Bye for now, Steve

wow, that is a lot of work, especially if you are doing it all by yourself. ALthough I have not used FastFoot, after watching many videos where it was used, I am sold on the product. WHile I am no expert, I would consider some barcing for the taller section of your form, similar to what they do when building ICF wall. Looking forward to the next videos
