I ordered the Curry MVP select jersey 4 times on Nike Australia online, got cancelled every time the day after the order got processed. Never get an email to explain why or the refund process. What really piss me off is the jersey still available to order on line despite they clearly out of stock. I call Nike directly and they promise will take the product down asap to prevent further confusion to the customers. Weeks after, the product is still there online. Pathetic Nike customer service.

These custom Jersey from fanatics are crap. Received two lakers Jersey with incomplete stitching on twill numbers. Fanatics needs to never use this third party manufacturer again complete garbage!!

I got my two Warriors custom jerseys (Icon Edition and Statement edition) but one of them didn’t have tags, the rubber quality on the The Bay Warriors jersey was a little rougher and not as soft as usual. And also some of materials of the numbering and patches were a little off. Luckily I got a sponsor patch. I also have an Association edition from the warriors team store at Chase center and I compared the stitching to the icon edition custom of the #30 on the front of the jersey and the one that I got from the team store was perfectly stitched and wasn’t too far out or too far in but that one that I got custom for Curry, the stitching was inside the #30

I got this problem as well I recieved two custom lakers jerseys this week. And the stitching on the twill is incomplete like they rushed to get them out, this is poor quality control for the amount of money you spend for something premium. Not good fanatics. Anyone else have this problem comment down below

They gave me refund, and a 50% coupon and I still got my diamond hornets authentic custom jersey a week later after the cancellation & I ordered an authentic Timberwolves jersey which isn’t the diamond authentic but still a custom jersey and same thing happened, got 50% coupon and got refund and I still received my jersey

The Denver jersey has patch too, but the stitching is not straight. So the combination of the white number and red stitching look weird together. I contacted the customer service and got 30% refund. They said that is the best they can do.

NBA jerseys in general have gone down in quality ever since Nike took over. Adidas even had better swingman jerseys. I'll never buy a Nike NBA swingman.
