So when you hit a women you go to jail, when she lies you go to jail and when they find out she lied nothing happen? 👏👏
@laforge0013 ай бұрын
Yeah but things ARE changing. More and more men are learning how to protect themselves and start video recording everything. This dude mentioned a channel Strong Successful Male. It's a good channel. A few months ago he posted a video of police officer giving advice for men how to protect themselves. In the last few days he posted a couple of updates. While most of the time, the woman still gets off light with the DA and Courts, the police are actually beginning to make more and more arrests of women making false reports. This of course helps the men in their divorce cases. In one of the updates he goes over an incident where a man had done just that. He had a junior female officer with him that immediately started pressuring and threating the husband. The husband stayed calm and was laughing. The husband showed them video of him in his office. At the same time, the woman was in the bathroom. She had literally thrown herself into the cabinet and sink. He called his supervising Sargeant to the scene. Gave him the quick rundown and showed the video. Much to the female officer's chagrin and embarrassment, they walked over to the woman, arrested her and took her to jail. The officers then informed the husband that with the video they have enough evidence to charge her. His cooperation to press those charges wasn't necessary but would help. The husband signed the filing charges. It still got reduced from felony to misdemeanor by the judge and DA. Much work to be done to get the laws changed to get balance instead of female favoritism, but it's a start. Ha! Believe all women is a lie.

A verbal confrontation, in an at-fault state, is fine. However, it cannot go beyond that. No trying to get revenge, no humiliating her in front of her family and friends, if the cheating partner is from her work, no trying to get them fired, no saying anything. Because any of these actions can damage her ability to make money, putting you on the hook for alimony. (this is what I advise my clients to do)

I have no idea about elsewhere, but you could hunt in February in Western Connecticut into February, last I knew (a few years ago). That area is mostly developed, and the deer population was estimated as 33 per square mile a decade ago. Way overpopulated, and the deer had been getting smaller over time. For does there was essentially no limit. A lot of the hunting was by bow only, as it occurred near houses. Guys would set up on a back porch near a wooded area.

Uhm. Just to clear one thing up: "At fault-state" specifies the legality of a divorce. In those places, a divorce is ONLY even legally possible if one party is "at fault"; nothing more to that term than that (and, by the way, none of the US-states are "at fault"-states...). Obviously, one can file for an "at fault"-divorce everywhere; that comes with the benefit of "not" being tied to the "normal" separation phase (up to 18 months after all). HOWEVER, there's no "separation phase" for short term marriages" (less than 5 years usually) at all anyway, which renders the additional effort to prove the "at fault"-situation pointless. Distribution of shared assets etc. are NOT affected by the type of divorce. Alimony "may" be affected, that's a state-by-state matter; however, alimony "normally" wouldn't be a thing at all in "short term marriages" (in some places, a temporary support could still be granted depending on the individual case; like, mutual "STAHW"-agreement for the marriage - the 'soon to be ex'-spouse couldn't support her/himself due to that mutual agreement, thus her/his temporary support would be the other partner's obligation, regardless of the reason for the break-up - "at fault" or not simply doesn't matter in that case). p.s.: And no, a prenup is no "last straw" for people in the US either. The US handles prenup-legality stricter than pretty much any other country on the planet. Feel free to educate yourself, not willing to write an essay here...

@@gehtdichnixan8561 oh i very much have, I had to do so as part of my minor. Ergo why its easy to pick apart how wrong you are on most things and your very poor lamen's understanding of how things work. From the very start it's rather hilarious to see your inability to understand basic concepts like fault states meaning states that offer at fault divorces in addition to no fault divorces and not just no fault divorces. And the fact that fault very much effects asset distribution in states with equitable distribution laws (ie the vast vast majority of states that offer at fault divorces). Its pretty obvious you either come from a state that doesn't offer at fault divorces or does but is a community property state and think that the entire U.S. works like your crappy state does.

I'm 37 and my current GF is 24. 27 and 20 is not that bad. I must admit that I was struggling with the age gap in the start, but she was very into me and I decided to try it out. Turned out she thought I was in my late 20's, but at that point we had already started dating. I told her "I've lost so much weight recently that my face skin started hanging a bit, but I guess slow skin recovery comes with age." She asked how old I was to that, since she didn't think late 20's was old.. I don't know if our relationship will last. When I'm 50 she'll be my current age, 37, but so far it's been good. Again though. 27 and 20 is not a bad age gap. My buddy has been married to his wife for 7 years. She is 30 now and he is 39. She's pregnant with their 3rd.

Op has NO business sleeping at his house! He is a fool for allowing this. It doesn´t look good for him in the divorce. IF this is real and I highly suspect that it isn´t a lawyer would advise him not to.
@Tonyelec102 ай бұрын
Op has unfortunately alot of business sleeping at his house. In the u.s. If the man is sleeping outside of the home for a prolonged period during a divorce most courts will consider him to be abandoning the home and awards by default to the woman. They usually won't even take into consideration extenuating circumstances like the wife being extremely hostile to point of putting him in danger. About the only time they are forced to not consider this as abandonment is if he gets a restraining or protective order against the wife, which is also extremely extremely difficult because he is a man and she is a woman.
