Great news! It's really encouraging to hear this because as I was watching I realized I had already prayed for crystals husband earlier today! As I was getting some stuff done around the house I had made it a point not to have music playing but to just be quiet before God with worship and prayer, Crystal and her husband came to mind and I was just thinking how it would be so awesome if they were on the same page with Jesus! I said a prayer and was feeling happy for them and then went about my day and forgot about it. I realize it was not a coincidence! ✝😃

Totally normal. It's the process of sanctification.. God uses each trial to bring us deeper into our relationship with Him. Whatever you're going through, stay close to Jesus and do what He says... Each victory will add to your testimony and you will be stronger with each thing that you manage to overcome :)

Hi Ieva, I've been watching your videos which are edifying and are helping me in my walk with Christ. I just have a quick question, what does Crystal mean when she said about her husband's baptism "all of his past failures, all of his mistakes that used to bind him were lost in the water"? I'm just wondering, thanks.

She means that they were washed away. When we make the decision to follow Christ, we get baptised. This is a symbolic act which is a declaration that the old person dies and raises from the water a new creature with Christ. The old has gone, and now he has dedicated his life to God. :)

And the big problem with that heresy is that water does NOT wash away our sins. It is false to say that to someone. It's the blood of Jesus Christ that cleanses us from all sin. Water does absolutely nothing.

I hope Crystal and her husband get it right that the faith in the finished work of Jesus saves which is His life, death and resurrection; and that water baptism is only a symbolic act of obedience to God that our old nature has been nailed in the cross and that we have been spiritually resurrected with Christ through His Holy Spirit. Hopefully, you replied back to the e-mail to tell them the truth: that water baptism does NOT wash your sins away. Sure way straight to hell fire to those who trust in THAT baptism. Jn 1:33, Acts 11:16, Acts 18:24-26, Eph 4:5, Acts 20:28, Heb 9:12, 13:12, Rev 1:5, 1 Pet 1:23, Jn 3:3-7 Hopefully, you replied back that there is only ONE pure word of God, a King James bible. Jn 1:1-3, 14-15, Matt 24:5, Jn 14:23-24, Ps 138:2
