Good advice here, but that sign language guy drove me nuts. Can't the city just post the text, and deaf people just read the content, rather than having this guy waving his arms like an idiot? I had to put a sticky note on top of him so I wouldn't have to watch him. Leave it to government to convey information in the most absurd fashion.
