Think about it: she talks A LOT with Jake, in both, know doubt, good times and bad, so we all can figure it out that she did. So then the concert is a distraction from op's relationship. She chose the concert when the time came, the ultimatum came when Jake asked her to go.

STORY2 so it's okay for her to go cheat on her marriage without him knowing, where she will be using some of her money on the affair, but it's not OK for OP to leave without her knowing, taking his OWN hard earn money along with him. If she can choose to cheat, which will need some planning and some money on her end, then she can make some plans for taking care of responsibilities. As she cheats she Is not too worried about a heartbreak, but rather having a safe haven for herself. For OP its heartbreak. So, break my heart, lose ur safe haven. Sounds fair to me.

3rd story. Unless you wish to destroy your marriage it's time to walk away or set some serious boundries from those friends. I'm not condemning the open lifestyle, but unless this is something you and your significant. Other discussed in depth prior to marriage, opening a marriage after the fact is ninety nine point nine percent, a death knell for the marriage. There is a good reason why once you get married. You seem to drift away from your single friends. Because the two lifestyles are not mutually compatible..

Swapping Husbands: Honestly I wouldn’t be shocked or dismayed if a friend offered to swap partners. My wife and I don’t do that, but I’m comfortable with the concept.
