WOW! Looks like you guys are having a fabulous year with tomatoes and peppers. I had no idea pepper plants could grow that tall. Also, the pruning methods are new to me as well. I appreciate you sharing your knowledge with all of us home gardeners - I learn so much from your videos. Are you skipping the Halloween activities this year? Have a great week, Patty & Spring Hill Gang!

Wow those peppers are looking great. I followed your pruning technique on my few plants this year and it’s really helped. Not only can I see them but they’re growing great and I’ve actually got peppers which are turning red! Not bad for a cold uk polytunnel cheers 🍻

Plants look amazing! I’ve got a lot of peppers off my plants, but I’ve lost the size that yours have. I’m going to go prune some before the weather cools off to get some better sized peppers and still have the production. Thank you for the continued sharing of your experience and the information.

It looks like it is always spring at Spring Hill Farms. So many beautiful peppers! Also, what is the secret to getting all of those pepper plants pollinated in a greenhouse? Do you introduce insects to pollinate or are they all manually pollinated. If manual pollination is done, what is the process? I have had very poor luck hand pollinating anything other than tomatoes.

Great videos... We used your 3 system last season and had great results. We also have seen a video of yours where you did a two stem system. Kindly, advise which system can you expect the greatest yields in your experience?? (At the V ) node.
@Growwiththelaplantes2 жыл бұрын
Thank you! Both systems produced Fantastic yields, but I think the 2 branch was the easiest to maintain as we didn't have that extra branch to prune and clip. With the amount of plants we had I would stick with the 2 branch system.

Thanks for the great video. Few questions here. 1) What is the growing medium used here for the pepper? 2) Can we grow hydroponicaly? and if so do we need to use environment control? Thank you.

Are they peppers that are for greenhouses only or can they be planted out side also?
@donnakay18282 жыл бұрын
I have never planted bell peppers! I decided to plant set of 5 plants! They aren't producing any taller, we have had lot of rain this week and finally it's clearing out! Big Bertha's and 3 sets of sweet mixture banana peppers, they have little pebbles on top, been planted 1m ago, they have only between 4-5 leaves! Any advice
