He reminds me of my tweaker older cousin who fortunately is sitting in a prison cell until 2038, he'd lie right to your face and claim he was going to do better and then within an hour of walking away he'd be methed up out of his mind. Once someone hits their mid 40s and continues with this lifestyle they'll stay in it until their dying day

So, I'm petty and I do investigations as part of my job...so I couldn't help myself. I checked 15 hotels around the "Wyndham Garden Romulus Detroit Metro Airport" hotel and found that none of them -- not one -- have ceiling fans according to photos posted online. Dude thinks that if he keeps spouting lies and moving the goalposts, he'll get the judge to doubt herself.

When it came to whether the sentences would run concurrently or consecutively, I found myself chanting "Consecutive! Consecutive!", but the judge made the sentences run concurrently. 93 days credit 6 will solve nothing with this clown, it will only delay his next incarceration for further offenses.

A yes. I remember. He was at a hotel with no ceiling fans even though there was a ceiling fan in the Zoom session spinning gaily away behind him while he lied through his teeth that he was too far away to attend court personally. The judge even phoned the hotel to confirm. He was not where he said he was and has repeated the lie in this hearing. That poor prison guard - imagine being stuck in a room where all you can smell is burning pants!

He said in the last hearing that his family had paid for him to stay a week then it was a month. He tells so many lies, he can't keep them straight. He definitely was not in a hotel last hearing. Now he is saying his Grandfather paid for the hotel and the last time he said his Dad paid. LMAO! I could be wrong but, his attorney looks like he is sitting in a pub.

I think she put up with a lot of shit from this one. Especially in the last hearing. He was a bit more humble in this one, but he still didn't come clean about lying where he was. At the end of the day, she does at least hand out the maximum jail time. It was funny when she was thinking long and hard about them running concurrently, but frankly, consecutive maximum charges for minor offenses like driving without a license, possesion of drug paraphernalia, and loitering near people with drugs would have been over the top, and she knew it. Had he shown up in court last time, sober, and acted respectfully, he probably would have gotten off with a much lighter sentence.

He can't even put a sentence together and... he should be completely prepared for what he's saying for these little court hearings like this...
