Now that was a video worth watching. Because you got so much out of the water and took alot out and didn't let it all flow downstream

Excellent work. I really enjoy watching you work. For you a great effort and for me relaxing. I really value what you do for the sake of nature. Keep it up and well think you are valuing the most important thing we have - our home planet EARTH. Much health and best wishes for the continuation of your work from far away, on the other side of the Atlantic, in PORTUGAL! 👋👋👋 🇵🇹

OMFG, that could of ended badly. I don't know how your law works as I'm in England and we don't have beavers any more, but surely there should of been warning signs around that trap wether it's private land or public. That's awful. Take care out there ❤ xx

I feel like I got a little bit wet. Be careful with going in the water. Maybe they should place signs saying there is a beaver trap.

That's f-ed up! You could have ended up in the hospital. I'd take the trap home, weld it shut, then put it back.🤣

The good news is the traps didn't get you. If the trapper is any good he or she will be back in a day or two to check them. You said they were not your traps. You could have reset them before leaving if they weren't rusted to much. If you wanted to.😊

It's almost painful to watch you. You are struggling to breath after only a few minutes of removing the small portion of the dams you work on. Not only that but, for the most part it seems as you would prefer to only use the rake a few times and hope everything would go downstream. Do you not think that the pieces that are only a couple of feet long but especially the longer thicker pieces will only go so far before they either create a blockage on their own or get caught on something that is already there. From watching at least 15 other people that remove dams they do their best to remove the longer and/or the thicker pieces before they try using the rake. I really am not trying to criticize you but to help in your further endeavors.

This sounds like a lot of criticism. Why?

@@katrinkaperkins1852 my comments are self explanatory. I believe removing the dams is good. It seems though his method is extremely poor. I encourage people to watch MS TECH 86 to see how to remove dams easily and completely. Of all the people I have watched MS is by far the best. He is very meticulous. Not only does he remove the entire dam, regardless of height or length he does a very good job of trying to not let anything other than leaves go downstream.
