When I change my nic type to others except 10/100m duplex self adaptive my camera device do not blink blue light

After updating the ip camera firmware, the camera is always continuous recording. Hikvision customer service confirmed the setting is correct for motion detection only, without continuous recording. Customer service give-up with no solution. Problem unsolved.
