Lie detectors are inadmissible in court and unfortunately the DNA came back inconclusive. If he was already charged and found not guilty it’s unlikely they’ll charge him again with these results. However it sounds like they just didn’t have enough evidence to charge him in the first place, so what they can do is take the results to the police and it may convince the prosecutor to go forward with charges. If he doesn’t accept a plea deal first, all it will take is getting his ass on a court room in front of the jury, and anyone with a brain can see he’s guilty and they’ll get a conviction.

The first time he appeared on the show a month previous, he seemed so guilty; his mannerisms, shaken voice and scared eyes told me the whole truth. I was shocked the DNA and first lie detector test was inconclusive, as I knew without a doubt he was guilty. He got off due to the DNA being contaminated, and then the first test he caught a break; but finally my gut and suspicion was confirmed and he did in fact commit the heinous crime. Sadly, he was apparently found not guilty and cannot be tried again for Double Jeopardy; but there are times the DA will hold back certain charges, and those that he wasn’t found not guilty on, those charges can be filed; and Alfonso can be indicted, tried and convicted on. Please God, let there be charges they did not pursue so some justice can be served. Maybe indecent acts, perjury (if he testified), coercion to commit sex act on a minor; something?
