The secret to win against him is just have patience. His moves are expensive to use, using a lot of stamina, he got a massive damage, but the attacks are easy to avoid nost of the time. He's good against meele weapons: Tough Glove, Ballet Shoes, Worn Dagger etc. But long range weapons are good against him.

This guy is a going to be helish, but in a different way from most other characters in ULC. OuterDust is a defensive character. This is OP in a non OP way. It is OP because you can constantly just get rid of the Chara's because you have 2 forces and what amounts to a very potent shield. However it isn't OP because it doesn't actually have that many attacks, and the ones it does have to be dodged relatively easily if you do it enough times. He is slow to getting stronger and (if fighting a good enough player) is great for timing out the game. His stamina Regeneration is average, but he has a high potential for it. Paired with his higher stamina, and he can be just as bad as phase 2 last breath (eithout the screen flipping and special attack).

@@grubby227 as long as you don't get close, you can avoid the more dangerous ones. The autotargeting ones can also be dodged, but might take a lot of practice to dodge while blasters are firing.

DustyOrbit, a defensive move. Single HANDILY MADE OUTERDUST SNOWDIN the most overpowered sans in the game. It stays until there is 7.5 SECONDS LEFT on the cooldown. Not too mention that it deals insane damage, does AUTO-AIM projectiles. And that’s BASE OUTERDUST.
