im very sad that this is no longer being made. I got a bottle soon after you announced the materials being unavailable, Ii do pretend to have a decent nose, and now with over 100 bottles in the small collection, I can say, it really really is a loss. it should have been named Guilty because I feel a slight sadness each time i wear it knowing i wont see it again, however, hard candy is in the realm but no where near as much chocolatey. Chocolate in perfumery really means chocolate , but we usually dont smell our chocolate as its being produced and thats what it is. It smells like chocolate being made plus so much more. If I had one to choose for life, in the fall and winter, this would be it. summer would be Guapo or Supernova.

The way you describe it makes it sounds like it’s very light with an almost whipped cream feel. Will it work well in warmer weather too?

I never make anything light. Forbidden is an all year, unisex fragrance. Chocolate notes can go heavy and dark. Forbidden is balanced to be projecting but rich and deep. its not like waring a pudding. Its a fine fragrance with gourmand notes whipping through the core.

Your welcome to come to the factory to pick it up. That way your get it for no postage. Fragrance is a dangerous good and has so many restrictions and law. The dangerous good course costs me £4000 a year. The two boxes and packing costs me £5 and the postage costs me £45 to USA. We send to Maxaroma today so your be able to have it next week

Its not too much. I made forbidden really wearable. Its more almond then cherry almond. But it is a gourmand so it does have dark cherry folded into vanilla and tonka. rolled in whipped chocolate. But the top is Bergamot and Sweet Orange.
