Tropicana Field or Jerry Reinsdorf Park. Jerry Reinsdorf threatened to moving Tampa Bay for a new stadium in Chicago. The Chicago and Mayor Daley panicked to build a stadium and Tampa Bay rushed to build a stadium and ultimately got screwed over. Guaranteed Rate Field has been remodeled twice. The first remodel took away about a 10 rows because it was steep and fans always complained about a fear of falling in those top 8 to 10 rows.and The second one was an outfield makeover about 5 years ago.

Why are you so adamant that the Angels will move out of Anaheim? Orange County is their fanbase's identity, and they continue to draw well even despite not being good. They could very easily build a new stadium in the parking lot of the current one. Moving out of OC would be a terrible idea.

On Rice Stadium - yeah, that hasn't been a good match for Rice since the 60's (even though a Super Bowl was played there). I'm a Houston fan, and the story with them was that Rice Stadium was actually supposed to be built for Rice and UH. That story and use might have made sense if it wasn't built on the Rice campus and the two Universities didn't squabble (as they inevitably would have and did). Speaking of problematic stadiums in Houston, I'm surprised you didn't mention the Astrodome, which is poster child of an Endangered Stadium. Harris County simply cannot get its act together on what to do with that thing at all. It's an embarrassment.

They rent it. Their practice field, which they own and in turn rent out to the NWSL team, is in Bridgeview. A cut-down Soldier Field (if the Bears stadium isn't built next door), looking something like Snapdragon Stadium, would be likely to be the MLS stadium in years to come.

just a few different opinions mr. ginger. the oakland coliseum is not in a good part of town you risk your life just driving to a game. the coliseum will not be torn down quickly, oakland cant afford it. the stadium will just rot like the places you see that hosted the olympics years ago. finally no other pro sports team is ever going to move to orlando. certainly not football or baseball.

Sadly, the Trop is the worst stadium in the MLB.. you may dislike the coliseum.. but it's still better than that toilet in Tampa... Angels stadium... well, if SoFi is anything to go by.. they won't get public money for a new one in southern Cali... and much of Cali is difficult to build in with all of their regulations. The Chi-Sox.. that stadium is fairly new (when compared to Wrigley and Fenway.. VERY NEW).. They are only whining to just hear themselves whining.. and relocation would hurt that team more than just shutting up and playing baseball. Rice.. it's college football.. the colleges have to build them themselves and they can't threaten to move... you have a better chance of the Oakland Triple-A's staying in Oakland then them getting a new one soon.
